Jake Erickson
Founder | Primary BrokerJake Erickson is a Co-Founder and primary Broker of P&E Advisors.
From the onset of his career in manufacturing and agricultural sales throughout the Upper-Midwest, he has built his client relationship skills.
Jake quickly climbed to the top of Hilton rewards with room nights. He’s transferred this experience into a disciplined approach in hotel brokerage and has been a driving force in the success of Marcus & Millichap’s Hospitality presence.
Jake holds a Business Admin/Management Degree from Winona State University and is a Minnesota National Guard veteran.
Jake exhibits maximum precedence on the meaning “fiduciary”. In his free time, he can be found with his wife and German Shepherd, Hoss.
Jake enjoys a round of golf year-round, being a movie critic, and late-night problem-solving on his latest deal.
Co-Founder & PrincipalJared Plamann
Jared Plamann is a Co-Founder and Principal of P&E Advisors.
With almost a decade of hotel brokerage experience, he possesses extreme familiarity and market knowledge within the Upper-Midwest.
He’s helped broker over $300 million in commercial investments. Jared is originally from Appleton, WI, and is a United States Marine Corps veteran.
He holds degrees in both Business Marketing and Psychology from UW-Stevens Point.
He remains committed to building relationships and continually being a student of all economic trends, market conditions, and factors affecting owners’ bottom lines.
Outside of work, Jared enjoys spending his free time with his girlfriend and 2 dogs, being active in sports and exercise, and diving into his favorite music. Jared is also an avid WI sports fan.
